Re: New Nesties living in Chesterfield
Hi! My H and I got married last April and live in Henrico County (far west end, near Short Pump).
All of our friends live back where we grew up (Yorktown) so we actually are on our own most of the time. When the weather is nice we like to go to the parks in the area, kayak on the James and camp all over the state. During the winter we pretty much hibernate unless we go out some where to eat.
Check with Chesterfield Parks and Rec they offer a lot of activities pretty cheap.

Chesterfield Adult Sports can get you into some sort of league if you want to play sports. My husband and I both play on one of their leagues. http://chesterfieldadultsports.com/
My friends and I do hiking in the mountains and around Richmond. A lot of parks around have walking trails. Pocahontas State Park has some great activities.
