Um, I did a lot just because I wanted to. However my wasteline doesn't need the cake I made along with everything else.
Last night I made a cake.
This morning I made blueberry muffins from scratch and they are awesome!
I made homemade mac and cheese for dinner and made bread to go with it. However I used the breadmaker for the bread.
I made a super yummy red velvet cake this weekend.

I made a flourless chocolate cake for The Husband's birthday. I undercooked it, and I'm really annoyed because it definitely looked done on top (overdone, in fact), and I'm trying to figure out how I could have determined when to take it out. It's not like I can use the toothpick in the center, because flourless cake is so dense and fudgy anyway, the toothpick wouldn't have come out clean either way... hmmm.....
Not sharing the recipe. It wasn't anything to sing about. But if anyone has a *good* flourless chocolate cake recipe, I would happily take it!PM me for our family/baby blog

I made my usual lemon pie for dessert Saturday night. Turned out well.
I also tried a new veggie bolognese sauce and didn't really care for it :-/
I thought about baking today but by the time I got around to it, it was almost 10 and that was too late...
