another snow day!
I haven't been to work since Wednesday!
We got about 10 inches of snow Wednesday evening through Thursday morning, so that closed schools for Thursday and Friday. Today there is black ice in spots and freezing temps, so we are off again! Only 1 other school district around here is off today. My district usually confers with 3 others, but they all are still on for today. I think we're off b/c we have several hilly country roads that will be horrible and maybe impossible for busses today.
This is our 5th snow day of the school year so far. Summer vacation is going to be down to 8 weeks now :-( but I am still grateful that I get any time off at all

Wow, we only got about 5-7 inches total from those storms. ?It has been bitterly cold here though!!!
Schools here are planning on adding time to the end of school day little by little instead of adding days to the end of the school year and taking away from summer vacation.?
