Hosting a My Little Pony Bday party for my daughter who is turning 2. The guests will be girls of mixed ages, up to age 4. And of course, a mess of adults. Any ideas to make the party theme fun for the kids and the adults???

Food options
Serve pony-style foods of apple slices and carrot sticks with a simple peanut butter and yogurt dip. Ponies also love corn (maybe popcorn).
Games:
Pin the tail on the pony.
Ponies love apples. You could try bobbing for apples. With the 4 to 7 set, that was a hit. Warn the parents ahead of time to wear play clothes and bring a change. Watching the little ones try to bob for apples is hysterical.
Pony chase. Pony chase is a game where you put a bandana in the back pocket of the birthday child who runs. The other kids try to get the bandana. The one who captures the bandana becomes the next pony.
My first thought was to have a "pony keg" for the adults.
That would make it fun for me. LOL Generally though, I think the adults will have fun if the food is good and the kids are entertained.
Maybe a pony beauty parlor with lots of cute hair accessories and brushes. So the girls decorate their My Little Pony and then have a "pony fashion parade." I don't know, a 4 year old might think that was fun, I doubt the 2 year old would have the attention span for that. For a game, how about making a ball pit and hiding some My Little Pony toys in the balls that the kids have to dig around and find? We made a ball pit for my daughter by using an inflatable kiddie swimming pool and filling it up with two bags of those colored plastic balls (they sell them at Toys R Us). It was a big hit!
