Oscars?

Anyone have thoughts on the nominees?

Mine are in my blog, but my quick judgement (having seen only 7 nominated films, three of which are in the catergories no one cares about...):

I'm surprised to not see Andrew Garfield, Mila Kunis, Ryan Gosling, and/or Mark Wahlberg among the nominees.

I thought The Social Network was phenomenal and I don't understand why people are so surprised to see it nominated.

Toy Story 3 rocked my socks and I'm so glad to see it get so much love.

The King's Speech is gonna take most everything. Or at least, it'll probably take Best Picture, which means The Social Network will take writing and directing.

My goal is to see at least all ten of the best picture nominees by February 27. More thoughts in my blog, but I'd love to know what you all think.

(P.S. - I've also see three of the top "Razzie" nominees for "Worst" stuff. I know people love to rag on Eclipse, but seriously -- as a Sex & The City fan, I can guarantee you that SATC 2 was a much more offensive abomination).
