Costco Find! Skinny Brit Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
It's super yummy! It's hard to find good reduced fat cheese. They seem to be more bland/tame in flavor, but this one is a nice sharp white cheddar that is both flavorful AND reduced fat. A little goes a long way. YAY! I found it the other day in safeway and picked up a small block, but then I ran into it in Costco. That makes me happy!
