E - day 2 of week 4

B - 1 egg and a bagle, coffee

S - cup of oatmeal

L - tuna salad on saltines

S - apple, water, maybe a coffee

D - pb&j during class, grapes, water and anything else I can get my hands on.

    We had pop tarts for breakfast, Potato, Tomato, and Spinach Soup (Rachael Ray) with cheese and crackers for lunch. We will have baked chicken, baked potatoes, and carrots for dinner.

    I will probably hit up the gym tonight too.

  • Bubble and squeak is a British dish.  It is cooked potatoes, veggies and some protein mixed together with egg and then made into a patty and then pan fried in a little bit of butter or oil.  It is supposed to bubble and squeak when cooked, but ours didn't.  It was the first time we made it and it was good.  We used ham, and Brussels sprouts in ours.
