Red Rock Canyon Millionaire Shrimp?

Does anyone have an idea of what is in this?  I have never had it but a friend wants me to make it. I found an idea online, but not specifics. It's not the millionaire stuffed shrimp, it's different.

Here is the menu description:

colossal boiled shrimp peeled & topped with our special millionaire whole-grain mustard sauce.

I googled, but I can only find other people looking for the recipe!

Any ideas would be appreciated--thank you!

Re: Red Rock Canyon Millionaire Shrimp?

  • yes,it took me awhile to duplicate but i have ended up making like a half gallon that night by the time i was done,it is a remolade ill have to dig up the specifics but mustard pow horradish mayo onion pow garlic powder i put some fine  fine ground onion n fresh fine fine chopped garlic little cumin and mustard seed for texture was pretty good

  • I asked my local Red Rock Canyon Grill and the recipe for the Millionaire Shrimp sauce is much more simple than what is stated above.

It is made with 1/2 real mayonnaise
and 1/2 Grey Poupon Harvest Course Ground Mustard
With a twist of real lime juice

So if you want a large batch, use one cup of each the mayo and the mustard.
Top this sauce with VERY finely chopped red bell pepper and slices green onion
