that some of you commented about on Facebook. I thought the sauce was very good. I made double the liquid the recipe called for because I wanted to serve the chicken over pasta and wanted to make sure I had enough sauce for it. I used thin sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts. This was the not so good part. They ended up getting very dry. I cooked it on low for 5 hours. I think I will probably make it again, and use regular chicken breasts rather than the thin cut and I also think I will add some cornstarch to thicken up the sauce a bit - but overall - it was pretty good!! I say its worth a second shot to those of you who had issues with the recipe.
