Re: MRSJASON and others looking for recipies
Ooooh! Thanks! I must try the chicken tomorrow night! All I need is some sun dried tomatoes!
I hate the first few days of the SBD. I crave sugar and it kills me not to give in and run to the gas station and get a candy bar!!! But once I can detox my body of sugar, everything will be a-ok!

I also use to eat a lot of shrimp and fish while on SB.
I would make a spinach salad, (spinach, turkey bacon, onions & mushrooms ) tossed in Olive oil and balsamic vinegar and then overly season some shrimp and toss it on the salad. I ate that almost every day for lunch. even in phase 2 I would just add a piece of fruit with it.
