trick your kid brownie recipe
My SIL brought brownies with her this weekend that were made with a can of pureed black beans. I was in heaven. My other SIL's kids don't like a lot of veggies so we had them for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner! And of course with ice cream!
I believe all she did was take a can of black beans, drain, rinse and fill with enough water to cover the beans. Puree and add to a box of brown mix. Bake according to directions. :-) Super fudgy and very good. The kids had NO idea!
