Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. E: 3 miles on treadmill tonight
This is the first week in 3.5 months I have been snuggling with cravings... i'm dying for some pizza, olive garden, cheesecake factory, red lobster, bahama breeze, a starbucks, dunkin donuts, ihop, some peanut butter, hummus... oh man lol.
First weight loss goal - 40lbs... DONE! Second weight loss goal - 17lbs...
