Has anybody had an Amma treatment before?
My friend has been studying this, and I'm going to her house tonight to receive a "treatment". I have no idea what to expect. I don't fully know wtf it is, to be honest. I'm thinking it's less hippy dippy than reike and she doesn't strike me as the type who would clang a gong over me or something. I'm looking at web definitions to get a better idea, but I was curious if anybody had experience with it so they could tell me what I should be prepared for.
