Siiigh PIP

Now why go to all this trouble to make such a nice display, but not iron the tablecloth?  I'm probably the only one fussy enough to be bothered by this! lol  It such a cute set-up (love the cardboard stars), but I can do is look at the wrinkles! Stick out tongue

  • nope, that bothers me too.  I definitely would have ironed...

  • haha.

Or they could have cropped so at least the internet pic didn't look so bad.

  • Yea, the table cloth should have been ironed. But, the rest of the set up is darling!

  • bugs me too. I just saw an ad in a local magazine for a more affluent part of town & it was for a remodeling co. There was a freakin jackolantern towel hanging on the stove! This is a beautiful high end kitchen & all I could see was those smiley pumpkins!! They also had bread in a basket in a bag. uh. weird. remove bag and put the bread in as if it's about to be served. There was random stuff in the pic but nothing told a story,

  • It surprises me how few people iron these days. I see people everywhere with wrinkled clothes and it's one of my pet peeves. And I'm with you on the tablecloth, it ruins the whole look for me.
  • It doesn't bother me at all.  Yes, it's nice to do but nitpicky things like that are what makes people scared to entertain.  They think people have looked past all the work they did to put out a beautiful spread and are only focusing on the one thing they did wrong.
  • yeah, now that you point it out it does look bad but to be completely honest if you hadn't pointed it out I probably would have never noticed it on my own.
