Salsa Verde Chicken ANSWER
YES TO THE SALSA!!
I made it last night because our store has no verde in. They rarely ever do! So I bought regular salsa and HOT DAMN PEOPLE! I dare say, I liked it better than with the salsa verde. It had a nice tomato-ness to it. And the sauce was like a tomato cream sauce. Dan liked it better too! It really is very good, and a nice option if you didn't like it with verde, or, if your store only carries the hot variety.
It was soooo good!

YES IT WAS!! Creamy Tomato goodness!
I've never even had Chicken & Dumplings, never mind made it. I think I did pretty well. The dumplings were a little over cooked and I think I cut the chicken too small, but over all everything was really good. A great hearty meal for a craptastic night like tonight!
And we topped dinner off with PB chip brownies. YUM!
