Do you remember the first earrings you had? I think I would honestly still wear mine if I had them.

I can't find mine but they were little gold hearts with a small rhinestone in them. I always felt really fancy wearing them because they had 'diamonds'

Plain gold balls were what I was instructed to wear and gold for several weeks afterward. I had some that were hearts, some crosses and one little flowers. Once I could branch out I had some pretty killer dangly globes that I thought were so cool in 8th grade.

I still have mine. Tiny little yellow gold and diamond studs. I also wore that black pearl and gold necklace as a baby.

I've thought about getting a second hole in each ear and wearing my bigger diamond studs on my lobes, and my baby diamonds in the second holes. I don't know if that would look obnoxious though. And, I'm too chicken to face a needle again.

The piercing studs (the ones that were big and you had to leave in) were little hearts.  I still have one of them.

My mom gave me my 1st pair of 'regular' earrings which are sapphire studs.  I still have them and wear them frequently.  I had diamond surrounds made for them to make them more 'grown up' and sometimes wear them or another gold surround.

My piercing studs were little aquamarine studs. I got little gold bears not long after I could start wearing other earrings but they hurt my ears. The ones I remember most that I still have and wore on my wedding day were the little baby pearls that my Dad gave me at kindergarten graduation.

I still have them, just not at work. But I try to wear them on V-day, as that is when I got them.
