Re: *kristen* kmm!

  • It's worked out great so far!  I was nervous about it, especially when we moved DD into the crib - she didn't STTN until she was 9 months, so she was waking up several times in the night... but DS slept through her crying, which was a huge relief.  They are really cute at bedtime and in the morning, and they'll talk to each other and laugh.  They don't spend a lot of time in their room, mostly just nap and bedtime.  We really had no choice though - I couldn't possibly expect my oldest daughter (15) to share a room with a baby or toddler, and I'm sure you have the same issue with Aaron.  She'll be off to college in a few years (yikes) so when she has a place of her own (double yikes) we'll probably move one of the little ones to her room, and just have two beds set up in there for when she comes home.
  • exactly the same situation, couldnt put a baby or toddler in with a 10 yr old noisy boy!!! haha and aaron has the bigger room so i have to completely switch the rooms around too so i can fit 2 cribs in 1 room....  i am hoping liam will sleep through the cries!

  • Yep, DD#1's room is HUGE, so it was interesting trying to fit everything in the little room.  We managed, but will have to get creative when there are two twin beds in there!
