Yes! We signed the paperwork on one of the offers we received after just 5 days on the market!!!!
The offer was $40k over asking price, plus buyer is paying ALL closing costs!!!! WOW!
Get this...it was a cash offer. CRAZY!
We are currently looking for a new place to live since we only have 1-2 more months to live here.
