I just got back on the nest after being away from the knot since the wedding in October. I think I have started gaining the pre-wedding weight loss back slowly. Is anyone looking for a workout partner or have any good suggestions of how I can get my lazy butt off the couch to get back into the groove of things? I've even started eating healthier again, so I have one step down. I guess the beer is next

Have you considered going to take yoga classes somewhere until he figures out the gym membership? You could also go around to some places near your house and try them out - most places do a free trial week. That way you can have some basis for comparison on prices/offerings before you sign into a membership. There may be things that you don't know are important to you until you actually go look around and begin working out.
It's hard to make suggestions when none of the working out you're doing right now involves leaving the house. If you ran or were willing to take yoga classes somewhere, or even just walked, you'd naturally find some workout partners that were in your fitness level just by proximate contact.
