Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Love Margots nursery - is the theme " French chic " cause that is what I am getting !

  • Thank you! I didn't really think up a theme while I was doing it - it just kind of emerged, but ya I can see French chic. :)  My thoughts for it were to make sure the furniture and bedding was gender neutral, so we can use it again regardless of the gender of our future baby. I had always planned on keeping the pink to a minimum and just putting it in the artwork and some accessories. I selected the pieces based off of our style - which is pretty much just modern and simple.

    DH actually got the cherry blossom print in China a long time ago and we had it stuffed away in a closet. I came across it one day when I was cleaning and was like, this is perfect for our baby girl's room! So, we got it framed and it was one of the first things we had for her room - it kind of set the color scheme and tone for the space. 

    Anyhow, I love her room and it's one of my favorite spaces to be in now... I can spend hours in there :)
