Can anyone recommend someone who can make custom pillowcases?
I have a fabric and am looking for someone who knows how to sew throw pillowcases for me! Thanks!

There are lots of people on CL that can sew for you. There are also people on Etsy that do this as well - you'll just need to send them your fabric (or tell them what fabric you want) and they can do it.
You should ask where you bought it/other fabric stores.
The Mill End stores (one in Beaverton and I think one in Clackamas area?) have workshops where local people show off what they can do, so I bet they'd have some suggestions. Everyone's really helpful there and considering the amount of upholstery stuff they have, I'd be surprised if no one had asked before.
