What are some healthy snacks I can make with avocado?
Besides guacamole, because that would make me eat too many chips. I recently realized that guacamole is full of "good fats" and I absolutely love the things. A lot of times I'm ravenous when I get home from school, and it would be great if I could incorporate avocados somehow into an after school snack. Any ideas?

I love avocados just sliced with salt and lime.
They're also tasty with salsa and black beans (in a wrap or just in a bowl!)
Oddly enough... they're great in avocado mango salsa (which you can eat without chips). Cube the avocado, a mango, dice a red onion if you like onion, some cilantro, and any other spices you might want to add (you can do a search for recipes online, there are a few various ones out there). SO GOOD. I have added a little balsamic vinegar to it with great results too.
