Mon - Poineer Woman's Tortellini Soup with a salad
Tues - I have Back to School night for the new semester, although I am hoping it will be cancelled because we are supposed to get that storm that's coming - We have chicken enchiladas planned... I buy a rotisserie chicken on Sundays, make broth (for the tort soup), then make a meal with the chicken. Enchiladas it is!

Thurs - Salmon topped with crab salsa
Fri - Breakfast for dinner! Pancakes and sausage
