I made Steph's orange chicken today and it was AWESOME! And I kind of hate fruit in my food, but this was really good. I lost my taco seasoning packet, so I had to make my own and used this recipe and when I make this again, I will follow it again instead of using the taco seasoning. I also used chicken thighs and I cooked it on the stove instead of crockpot on low for about 3 to 4 hours.
Served it carnita style....small flour tortillas with a bunch of toppings (shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, queso fresco, sour cream, shredded cabbage, and avocado (which imo, totally made this dish super fantastic).
This would be great for super bowl if you haven't nailed down your menu yet!!
