As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Another question for the runners - need gift idea
A friend is training for the masters track race this summer. Unfortunately, we won't be able to make his big race, but he has a race coming up in Boston that we're all going to cheer him on at. We want to get him a gift - any ideas? My usual go to gift of a bottle of alchol doesn't seem appropriate when he is training so hard for the next few months! I know he's on a very specific/strict diet, so no food or power bars.
I was thinking of a bunch of gc's for running stuff. Any ideas of websites/stores? He's currently living in Boston and Florida. Only thing i could think of so far was itunes, since he's really into music and could always use new songs to run to.
ANy other ideas?
