Can you share the recipe for your crockpot broccoli chicken or orange chicken?

Re: ::Crystal::
Of course! The Broccoli chicken I use two recipes, its pretty much the crockpot ladys' broccoli beef, I just use chicken instead.
The Orange Chicken (our new favorite) is a cross between a few recipes & one that I was given at a wedding shower.
Orange Chicken
Chicken tenders (or breast) sliced
1/4th cup cornstarch
dash of salt & pepper
1 head of broccoli
Sauce
1 & 1/2 cup water
1 clove minced garlic
1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar (I was out of rice wine vinegar)
1/4 th cup fresh orange juice
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3 Tbs. cornstarch
Add all ingredients except cornstarch for the sauce into a small sauce pan. Whisk together, once comes to a boil, take down to simmer while chicken and broccoli is cooking. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, coat with cornstarch and salt & pepper. I used my wok with a little oil to cook the chicken. While chicken is cooking steam the broccoli. When chicken is completely cooked, combine 2 to 3 Tbs. of cornstarch with 2 to 3 Tbs. of water. Slowly add to sauce while whisking. Sauce will thicken quickly. Remove from heat, keep whisking until smooth. Add to chicken and broccoli. I served mine with jasmine rice with a dash of sesame seeds.
