As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Work / Boss Vent
Don't know if you remember, but I got a new boss back in November. He was actually one of my best friends here (I had posted re: whether or not to defriend him on FB).
Anywho... due to the nature of our work here, we have a fairly flexible work schedule. Well, we're supposed to anyway.
It's still more flexible than most places, but... anyway, back to my vent.
It is very difficult for me to take him harping on me for being 5 min "late" in the morning, when he continually either completely blows off meetings with me, or is 15+ min late, even if he's the one that called the meeting.
Grrrr.
Losing. Respect. Daily.
