for an apt somewhere. I know it's probably jusy "wishful" thinking (That sounds so bad) but last night H really pissed me off. I have been good with keeping the peace and just keeping my mouth shut, but when he is mean to Aiden,I draw the line.

Aiden got a new toddler bed for his birthday. Last night was his second night in it. He went to sleep ok but woke up around 2am crying and wanted to watch a movie. I went in and layed with him for a min but he was crying (A sad cry, not screaming or anything) and then I left the room and was going to see if he calmed down a little since I knew he was just really tired.

So I went to go lay down and H got out of bed to see why Aiden was crying. Well, Aiden kept crying and H got upset and started yelling at Aiden to "JUST GO TO SLEEP!" So I jumped up and told him not to yell at AIden them I layed down with Aiden and snuggled him. I ended up taking him back in my bed and he fell asleep.

It just really upset me. Ugh.

Sorry, you and Aiden had a rough night.  I hate that your H was so mean too.

I'm so sorry, Liz.  It sounds like such a stressful environment to be living in.  I hope you are able to move out soon.  The break is going to be hard, but the sooner it happens the sooner you can move on and see how much weight is lifted off of your shoulders by being out of that toxic relationship.

I agree. I hope you are able to move out soon. I really feel for both you and Aiden.

I agree, too. You deserve so much more than a relationship where you have to "keep your mouth shut" to "keep the peace." That kind of environment just isn't good for anybody, ESPECIALLY if Aiden is getting pulled into it.

Liz, I am so sorry you are going through this.  I hope everything works out and he realizes his mistakes.  You are strong for making this decission (even just thinking about moving out).  Please keep us updated and let us know if there is anything we can do.

I'm not sure. She seems very annoyed that my step brother is living in the garage at the moment. When I tell her what is going on all she says is "I wish I knew what to tell you." I'm sure if H was the one to leave and we had no place to go she would left me, but If I am the one to leave, she might not be so understanding

I am sorry Liz.  GL searching, even if the move won't be for a while.  Just a thought, do you have any stable/laid back/boring friends who are looking for a roommate?  That might help a little with the bills!

And I am sorry you and your H are having such a hard time  That's not fair to you or to Aiden.  I hope you find a  solution soon!
