B - fried egg white and cheese sandwich, glass of soy milk
L - short rib with cranberry orange glaze, glazed carrots, handful of pita chips
pre-workout: 1/2 a kind bar
e: 45 minutes of yoga
b: toast w/ pb
s: 1 oz. cheese, veggies and a pear
l: shrimp sandwich on ww bread and a luna bar
s: orange and trail mix
d: spiced apricot chickpea patties, quinoa and spinach
cookie crisp
2 scrambled eggs and a few bites of grits
2 granola bars
handful of goldfish crackers
bowl of chili with cheese and crackers
5 little rolls with margarine
Yesterday was no bueno cause I had off work lol
B: Nothing
L: 6 inch ham sub with nothing but bread and ham, handful of pretzels with peanut butter... ummm... I hadn't had PB in 4 months
S: 3 glasses of wine
Nightcap: another glass of wine
E: Absolutely nothing... haven't worked out since Wednesday... tonight is gonna hurt lol
First weight loss goal - 40lbs... DONE! Second weight loss goal - 17lbs...
