Unable to find White Zote at local shops

I liked it because it did not give me any allergic reaction.   Can you recommend another laundry bar for homemade laundry detergent that is a good option for delicate skin?

TIA!

  • Maybe the unscented or baby mild Dr. Bronner's?

  • I have very sensitive skin and can't use anything scented.  I love the homemade detergent recipe that floats around this board.  It works great at cleaning clothes (even my DH's outside work clothes), and doesn't bother my skin at all.  The recipe is:

-1 cup baking soda, 1 cup washing soda, 1 cup borax, and 1 bar soap.  All you need is 1 Tbs per wash, though for the heavier loads I sometimes use a little more.  I use Dr. B's unscented baby soap and it works great.  I've also started to use this soap in the shower and I love it!   GL!
