pediatrician east valley

We'll be in need of a pediatrician when we move. Baby J will be a little over 4 months when we get to AZ. Living in Chandler, working in Tempe. Recommendations? I posted on the Phoenix Bump, but there doesn't seem to be much activity over there.

Re: pediatrician east valley

  • The Phoenix bump board is dead.

We go to Gilbert Pediatrics and really like them. I know others though who will be able to give you other recs that will closer to where you are living.

    When is your LO due?

  • We go to gateway pediatrics and love them so far. Granted our little guy is only 6 weeks old but both the pediatricians have been awesome. They are in Chandler right next to Chandler hospital. We haven't met their nurse practitioner yet but assume she is just as good as the docs. they have a website that gives a lot of info on their philosophies, the docs backgrounds and the services theta offer. GL!

  • We go to Awahtukee peds on 54th and Chandler,  we like them and they are totally ok with us slowly vaxxing ( we left one we didn't like).

We live in Mesa so it is probably a 20 min drive but it is worth it to us.

Ha ha ha. We just had our first and I am thinking that I am one and done. It was awful, pregnancy, delivery, the first 6 weeks ... just awful. It's getting better and the fact that she smiles when she sees me makes it pretty awesome, but I don't think I will ever do it again.

    Thanks for recommendations ladies.
