6 Month Mark
DH and I have been married for six months today. We are going out to dinner to celebrate. 
We lived together beforehand, so being married hasn't been much of a difference to us, but it's still good to know we are legal and bound for life!! Since tying the knot we have really been able to sit down and knuckle out the plan for the next couple of years.
How has everyone elses first 5-6 months gone? Any teething problems?

Happy 6 months! Ours is Thursday! It seems like we have been married forever! This month is a big one for us though, because we will actively start TTC! I cannot wait to bring a Baby P________ into the world.

WOW I would not have even put 2 and 2 together to figure out that this is our 6th month mark. Our 6th month anniv will be monday. The past 6 months have been an adventure to say the least. DH finished school, had to live like college students, watched him graduate, and then packed up and moved 2 states over.
stormchasersbride - congrats on starting to TTC! We actually decided to start back in September, and no luck yet. We're hoping this is our month! Good Luck to you as you start this exciting adventure.
Yeah I totally thought about this the other night! Ours is Monday too. We already know what we're doing for our 1 yr tho haha...
...going back to our beautiful venue for dinner and staying the night there. DH demanded we stay in the same room, because he was kicked out on our wedding morning by me and the bridesmaids! You know how it is...we HAD to give him the boot!
Congrats to everyone this week! We still have until the 14th. So far it's been a fabulous 5 and a half months! We lived together before, but it's somehow still so much better to be married. We haven't started TTC yet, but will in 2 more months. Good luck to those trying already!

I just hit me that our anniversary is Sunday and came to the board and sure enough there already was a post. Were are going to the city for dinner and a show on Saturday so that will be our celebration.
Still haven't done albums for our parents yet
. I have no excuse. But, DH made me a lovely album for Christmas.

Our 6 month was on Wednesday this past week. We're actually going on a date tonight to celebrate.
So far, everything has been great. We lived together before the wedding for 2 years, so no big changes there. However, it is nice that it's official and I love seeing DH wear his wedding band.
We are looking forward to celebrating our 25th birthdays, which are very close in proximity, in Miami with BIL & FSIL in a couple weeks. BIL asked DH to be his best man for his wedding on 10/1/11. We're both pretty excited about the wedding! We're not TTC anytime soon and are just enjoying NYC for now.
