Tax question about submitting tuition.

If any of you are savvy in this sort of thing, I could use some help.

So..... I did a degree program that started in October of 2009 (ended Aug 2010, full time). I was "billed" in two installments, first before beginning in October 09, and second in February 2010.

I got a Tuition Statement (1098-T) last year for tax year 09 from my school that listed the full amount of tuition. I submitted my 09 based on the payments made (just over half in 09) because I found it most correct and fair, so I should have a second portion to submit this year, but it doesn't seem that I will receive a 1098-T from my institution.

Do I submit anything this year, and if so, how? Thanks for any input.
