As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Help getting blue form
Ladies- a friend from work who is a single dad said his daughters Blue form for school is "expired" and his doctors office will not provide another form unless he pays for an office visit and he doesn't have insurance. Any suggestions on somewhere he can take her records to and get a blue for for free or less than $50? Again her shots are up to date and he has her records the doctors office is just being terrible and will not just give him a new form. HELP!
