She loves anything we put in front of her! The only thing she doesn't like is plain bananas (she will eat them if they're mixed with something else.) Her favorites are squash, carrots, and blueberries. We've been experimenting with eating these foods whole but cooked very soft (instead of pureed). She does very well! She also loves Baby Mum Mum crackers and those little Gerber puffs. She does very well with feeding herself those.
It's okay. On paper it's great. Ellie loves being home with her daddy, and they have formed a very sweet bond. The thing that sucks about it is that mine and Guy's time together is limited. So limited, in fact, that if he wants to do something else besides hang out with me while we're home together, I tend to feel a little neglected. I'm working on that, though. We both still agree that this arrangement is what is best for Ellie.
I have, we're back on good terms, although I wouldn't say that we are anywhere near as close as we were. Our friendship has definitely been permanently altered. But we talk every few weeks.
On Saturday, my sister watched Ellie, and Guy and I finally went to see Harry Potter. I loved it!
Somewhere warm! Jamaica or Hawaii. I need sunshine!
She's getting in on Saturday dinner time, so we'll probably go out to dinner and just chill. Sunday, we're headed to Branson to the outlets. Monday, we are going here so that Andy can get butted by a goat:
