I'm thankful that my sister, BIL and my niece are coming back here to visit feb 6th-10th.

I'm thankful that my husband is very good with machines - our snowblower broke and he fixed it!!!

I'm actually thankful to be back in the office today, after 2 days of working from home b/c of the weather. Normally i would not be thankful for that, but those 2 days in a row were really boring (I did tons of work, but i missed the social interaction!!!)

I am thankful today is a teacher work day (with no meetings scheduled).  I can work in my room and prep stuff for the coming months all day!!!!

I am thankful for the fun times I spend with my DH, especially on snow days when he stays home from work too.  By appreciating the fun and relaxing day, it is easier to get through the long, busy, frustrating days when we do have them!

I'm thankful for the two high school seniors who came to shovel us out last night at 10pm! Their plow broke earlier in the day, but they still came to shovel us out.  We have a fairly long driveway, and the drifts were 3-4 feet in front of the garage.

And I am thankful that my friend who was in Cairo got out safely on Sunday.

I am thankful that DH got to spend some time together the last couple days. We went to a concert Tues. Wed is his normal day off, and I was completely snowed in.

I am thankful for a newer car that actually warms up in the winter.  Wow, is that nice!

I am thankful that even in a large apartment complex, there are still nice, helpful people.  A neighbor I've never even talked to who was just taking out his trash, stopped to push me out of my parking space this morning

I am thankful for our family and friends who helped us move.

I am thankful for DH and these three snow days to spend with him and get more things unpacked.

I am thankful that our talk at precana classes this past weekend went so well. We had a really great time and received lots of praise.

I'm thankful that DH seems to have a fire under his rear on this moving thing. He's committed to making it happen, and hopefully happen soon.

I am thankful for my new boots that finally came in the mail yesterday!

I am thankful that DH is so amazing. He brought me roses the other day for no reason and has been great about helping with house work since my classes have started up again.

I am thankful for my friends in my master's program. I honestly wouldn't survive without those people to complain with or go to out-of-class "field trips" like formal dinner-receptions for semi-famous academics.

I am thankful for my friend in Canada who I have grown very close to lately because we are at very similar points in our lives and can commiserate when the men don't "get it."

I am thankful for my health and all the potential paths that the future holds - all the choices we have been having to make the last 2-3 weeks are wonderful oppourtunities, and not everyone has as many oppourtunities in thier lives.

I am thankful that DH may have found a way for us to start looking for houses so we can get out of this tiny (but very nice and safe) apartment!

I am thankful DH made it home from Rhode Island safe last night, albeit much later than originally intended.

I am thankful I am feeling better from my stomach flu last night and this morning.

Thankful Hubby is home!!!

Thankful to have merely gotten through the work week, and very thankful that I didn't have to report for jury duty this AM after working 3 nights in a row... and my obligation is considered fulfilled!  

Thankful that DH is good with money and helps explain and walk me through everything.  And that we're getting a pretty big tax return plus his traveling bonus... new king-size bed, here we come!  Finally!

Thankful we've got a little $$ wiggle room and are able to go skiing this weekend.

Thankful to be a mom to our gorgeous baby pup.

I am so thankful that DH is going car shopping with me next week!! He finally sees my need for 4wd and after 9 years, I finally get a new car!!!
