Here's my snarky response: if the book is something I've already read, I won't be reading along for the same reason Sweetpea stated in the previous post. I just don't have the leisure reading time to re-read something. I'd join in the discussion, though! )

Same for me!  I have a TBR list a mile long, but I will add to the discussion if a book I have already read is chosen.

I have to agree with LVila, GRSP, and FB that I probably won't re-read something (other than Jane Eyre), but would still contribute to the discussion if THA is what's chosen. Les Mis took up a ton of my time (but was totally worth it) and I have endless TBR pile right now.

Agreed. If I have already ready the book, I wont read it again, but I will discuss it though.
