Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: NER fun poll/wedding question
I actually wish we wouldn't have done a father/daughter dance. We did a parent/child dance at the same time with DH & his mom, and everything about it was a PITA. I didn't want to do it because my dad and I just aren't like that, but DH insisted it would look weird if he just danced with his mom, and there was no way his mom would've been ok with not doing a mother/son dance. So we did... and it was weird.
His mom thought she should get to pick out the song, which would've been fine if she hadn't been hell bent on an 8+ minute Van Morrison song (way too long and we both HATE Van Morrison).
Hired a band instead of a dj. There's nothing like live music!
I loved our ceremony and would keep everything the same. The priest is a family friend and he helped to make it really special.
