Sonoma/Napa Winery suggestions?
My hubby and I are heading to Napa/Sonoma for a couple days next weekend. We have been 5 or 6 times before so we've been to most of the 'major' wineries. Are there any lesser known wineries or ones you are in love with that are a "can't miss"? Also, any great lunch places? We will cover pretty much all ground in Sonoma and Napa counties... so it can be anywhere!

St. Sulpery. I think. Has a REALLY good Cab.
Some of my favs are:
Mayo Family Winery in Glen Ellen, Sonoma (or check out their reserve room where they do food pairings). Their reserve wines and their bubbly are delish. Our only remaining membership.
Homewood in Sonoma. Good everything, especially their port.
Hanna in Sonoma. My favorite Sauv Blanc (and now available at Costco for even cheaper than they sell it at the winery)
Gargiulo in Napa. Great reds, beautiful outdoor tasting area. We did a private tasting and picnic here for our first anniversary.
But I always love just driving along and popping in wherever!
Grgich Hills is one of my favorites. The Fume Blanc is unreal and the Old Vine Zin, so yummy.
If you like reds, we really like Pine Ridge (on the SIlverado trail).
Far Niente is supposed to be great, a bit pricey for the tasting, but I've heard its amazing.
Sullivan is small and quaint, and good - you might need a reservation, I can't remember.
Peju, Rutherford Hill
Places to eat: Gott's roadside in St. Helena (casual), Oakville grocery is good but last time I went there it took 45 minutes to get our sandwiches.. I wont be back.

These are all in Napa. My husband sells some of these wines so I'm kinda biased but they are super cool wineries to visit and the people who work there are really nice. Have a great time!!!

For lunch we love Market in St. Helena.

I love Duckhorn, too. There's also Paradux. Same group of folks.
