What snacks are you making for the SB?

I'm not making anything, but my sister makes BBQ chicken nachos.  Yummm.  So delicious!

We aren't doing anything special.  But my sister makes yummy buffalo chicken dip!

Normally, I'd be making a ton of stuff, but we are only having a few friends over this year, so I am making stuffed mushrooms, buffalo chicken bites (basically buffalo chicken dip, breaded and baked in little balls of goodness) and homemade grilled pizza- toppings to be determined still but I'm thinking something along the lines of sundried tomato, basil and feta...maybe artichokes. I'm just going to decide as I go. I may make something else, if I'm feeling inspired enough. Our friends are going to bring other munchy stuff too,

Where can I find sundried tomatoes? In like Publix? I like them but can not ever find it

Often grocery stores will have them near the fresh tomatoes in the produce section. Or at least the store where I shop do. That is usually the kind that are ready to eat or dehydrated, not the oil packed ones. The oil packed ones would probably be near the jarred pestos such, if I recall.

Sundried Tomato, Basil & fresh Mozzerlla Skeweres

Spinach & Artichoke dip in the crock pot

And

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

 

Friends are bringing:

Meat Candy (Bacon wrapped little smokies rolled in brown sugar & baked)

Roadkill (some cheesy sausge concoction in phyllo cups)

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Chicken fingers with dipping sauces

 

Holy cow we're gonna have a lot of food!

I'll be serving up lots of goodies - nachos, quesadillas, wings, lettuce wraps, and more, but I'll be at work   I don't watch football so I volunteered to work on our slowest night of the year.  Maybe I'll get lucky and make a million dollars...

We arent doing anything special bc the Pats arent in it lol.  But, if we do have a few friends over, we will just do the norm...chicken wings and prob some chips and dip.
