A little disappointed
I was really looking forward to coming home and talking to DH after the appointment today. When I called DH on my way back to work he sounded relieved and excited. I was really hoping he would finally start talking about me being pregnant. I get a text from him shortly before I was leaving work saying he won't he home tonight. He (as part of a few hundred National Guardsmen) was called in to shovel snow off roofs of a few schools and municipal buildings that are starting to show signs of stress from the weight of the snow. So now I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon or Sunday to finally be able to talk to him after he gets some sleep and is not delirious.

MH didn't get excited for a long time (still not sure how excited he really is), it just doesn't feel as real to him I guess.
I assume you've already talked (since it's Sunday night now), so I hope it went well!
