f/u my fall
So we went to l&d last night to be monitored. Felicity's heartbeat was good around 150 the whole time. We were there for a total of 3 hours. The tightness/mild pain I had felt came and went for about 45 minutes total, and had stopped by the time we got there. They did a sonogram to check the placenta, baby, etc. Everything looked good. I'm taking it easy today, no work, lots of water, and keeping my feet up. I'm fine, just bruised and sore all over. But Felicity's been moving around this morning, so she's obviously still doing fine.
The doctor said were probably fine when he called back, but was in the "better safe than sorry" mindset, which I was on board with once the mild pain and tightness started.
Other than that we're doing good! The sono tech checked the sex again, lol, because Dh asked if she had a second if she would. She said she would guess girl, and that she didn't see a penis, and then at the end she said girl and sounded definite about it. So that's a good thing... at least there's no doubt now. lol.
Thanks for the thoughts guys! Felicity, Dh and I appreciate it. We're so happy that nothing is wrong. And Dh has made new house rules, dogs go down the stairs first, and I have to have one free hand to hold onto railings when traveling on stairs, lol.
