Let's Talk Super Bowl Food!!!!!

i decided to go all out and have a cooking marathon for our friends tomorrow...so far, the menu is:

Appetizers:

Homemade foccacia with tomato and basil topping

Roasted and stuffed jalapeno peppers (some wrapped in bacon for the carnivores)

veggie plate with ranch and hummus

Main Coarse:

Homemade indian veggie burger sliders

Asian slaw

Dessert:

Apple-Pecan bread pudding with vanilla ice cream!!!

  • YUMMY sounds so good!!! If you weren't so far I'd be at your house!!! 

       We aren't having a party this year so we might just get a pizza or maybe make some nachos.. I have been dieing for some nachos..

  • I don't have everything planned out yet. But I think I'll be making southwest eggrolls, buffalo blasts (like from Cheesecake Factory), chili, a couple pizzas, maybe a dip, and maybe some nachos. I'll make cookies and rice krispie treat footballs for dessert, maybe some brownies.
