Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm willing to drive wherever.
I don' tknow the San Jose area very well, but downtown Los Gatos and downtown Palo Alto both have a lot of really great restaurants. You can drive there and walk around until you find one you like.
Los Gatos has a brewery and a couple of wine/Californian themed places. And Palo Alto has a really good mediterranean place, Italian, a Californian restaurant that the old chef at Google runs.
