The house is ours!
We had our home inspection his morning and it went really well. A few really little things to fix, but nothing major.
After the inspection, we wandered through Lowes and I swear we could have spent about $10,000 in the 30 minutes we were there.

Yay!!! Congrats! Hopefully closing goes smoothly!
(Ours got drawn out for almost 2 weeks... like every other day we'd have to reschedule it due to issues out of our control... damn banks and new regulations... so many t's to cross!)

Hopefully the closing goes well. Ours kept getting pushed back because the sellers lawyer was a moron.
