Need apartment recs
My sister needs to get out of her place, I can't believe she's still living at that awful apartment. Does anyone have apartment recommendations for west Toledo area and vicinity? Maybe Sylvania too, Point Place might be too far away though. Open to suggestions as well.
Looking in the $400-450 range, she does not have a roommate and probably won't, and must be pet friendly since she has a cat. Thanks for any help!

I lived there for several years, it is very nice, clean, they are always on top of everything. Anytime I called with issues maintenance was there that day. They have 1 bedrooms in that range. I paid around $400 for my bottom level apartment and then upgraded to a 2nd floor and that was about $425-$430.
My sister lives there now and also loves it. She is upgrading soon to a 2 bedroom so I know her 1 bedroom is going to be available.
It is located across the street from the Hobby Lobby.
And you can have small dogs and cats, they charge a bit extra month and you have to make an extra "pet" deposit too that you get back when you move out. I think my sister had to pay an extra $150 on top of the regular deposit for the cat deposit. And then I think she has to pay $10 a month extra rent for the cat.
I always felt very safe living there and would live there again in a heartbeat.
