That's what I was going to ask!  We got the game "Last Word" for Christmas.  Hilarious, especially if your group is very competitive.

- Last Word (although we had to alter the rules, because going around in a circle would usually end after 1-2 people, and some people never got to play, so we just shout out words)

- don't know too many, but I've heard Dirty Minds is fun
- I made up the rules to "strip go fish" a long time ago....I don't remember them now :-p

We tried the organized way one round the first time, and that was all it lasted.  I agree that shouting out words is much more fun.
