POLL- Infomercials
So I watch a lot of late night TV these days as I'm nursing a newborn, and I've seen pretty much every infomercial out there by now, and it got me thinking:
1. Have you ever bought an infomercial product that you LOVE?
2. Ever bought one that was an utter disappointment?
3. Are you itching to order something you've seen on an infomercial recently?
I'll go first
1. I love my Magic Bullet, my Chalene Johnson workout videos, and my Cami-secret
2. A long time ago, I got the Mighty Pro Grill by Chef Tony. It practically melted the first time
3. I'm very into the NuWave Oven Pro. I wonder if it's any good?
Re: POLL- Infomercials
1. I LOVE my Shark Steam Mop (I bought it on the infomercial before you could get it in stores)
2. OMG, the slap chop is AWFUL. Stuff gets stuck in the blades it doesn't cut all the way threw to the bottom. It's SOOO bad, I have a friend who gets me one EVERY year as an evil gag gift.
3. I've always been curious about the jerky maker/dryer thingy and the rotiserre, bread maker, etc. But what I really want is one of the 'industrial' sewing machines they have on at like 5am. I want to learn how to quilt and stuff.
1. I haven't bought from an informercial but have bought "as seen on tv" stuff! Fav thing is probably my space bags.
2. The Strap Perfect - don't like. I wanted something to help keep bra straps from slipping in my nursing bras (size sucks b/c it changes all day) but they just pull too tight.
3. I really want the Cami-Secret but was skeptical! So maybe I'll think about it when I return to work!
