Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    I think they are adding new features.  If you click on someone's picture it takes you to their profile and there are a lot of new features there: are to upload photos, posts, etc.

    On my end, no one has avatars. It's just the Nestie name and then those little blocks under that. It's been that way all afternoon.

    Not that I thought it was funny yours was a pig, I should clarify...just your post about the pig. Oh helll, I'm just digging myself in a hole. I can't see any avatars for anyone, for some reason. 

    No worries--I got what you posted ;) I just couldn't stand to look at that little piggy bank for two reasons: 1. the weight and 2. I always feel behind in savings. It's like it was mocking me, that little pink piggy. He had to die.

    Ohh, I see what you're talking about. I also notice that it's annoying that the only avatars to select from either are about weddings and pregnancy. Hey, Nest? I'm not sure you've noticed, but it's not 1950. We've got a few more life goals than that, mkay?

    The Nest not only changed my avatar, but also reset my siggy to my original... So I had to change everything.  Ho hum...

    I wonder how the Nest assigned the generic avatars to users. Not everybody has the same one, so was there some criteria like what boards we visit or info from our profiles, or was it just random assignments?
