Things that make you go Huh?!?!
So part of my job is to issue memberships, which consists of User ID and Pin. The User ID is always a 9-digits number and the PIN is the last four digits of that particular number.
I emailed this guy his User ID (for instance, 123456789) and let him know that the PIN is the last four digits. Then he emails me back asking what the last four digits are.
Can you not read? Seriously?

My philosophy class makes me go 'Huh' all the time. . LOL

that's too funny about the digits. Some people just choose to be dumb, others can't seem to help it.
I think sometimes people over-multitask and don't always realize what they are saying/asking. I've had a few clients do that to me--when what they were asking for is right in front of them.
My hope is that they feel a little silly saying "duh" about themselves, but realize their error/oversite.
It doesn't make much of a difference. I know some really stupid Post-Docs. I just b!tched one out earlier this week.
